About the Internship/Job:

ASHVA Legal Advisor LLP is inviting applications for the position of Legal Executive, Associate in the Tax domain. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience or freshers with a keen interest and understanding of taxation.

Eligibility:

• LL.M, LL.B, CA, CS

• 1-2 years of relevant experience or freshers with a preference for those with experience in taxation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze, and interpret tax laws and regulations.

• Provide legal advice on tax-related matters to clients.

• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

• Represent clients in tax-related disputes and hearings.

• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with tax laws.

Duration:

Full-time position.
