About the Internship/Job:
Aretha Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate(s) in M&A, PE/VC, and Transactional Law at its New Delhi office. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience and a strong foundation in relevant legal principles.
Eligibility:
0-2 years of post-qualification experience.
Demonstrated relevant internship or work experience.
Strong academic background in law.
Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research on M&A, PE/VC, and transactional law matters.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Assisting in due diligence processes for M&A transactions.
Providing legal advice and support to clients on various business transactions.
Collaborating with senior attorneys on complex legal matters.
Staying updated on legal developments in M&A, PE/VC, and transactional law.
Duration:
The position is a full-time role with a probationary period, subject to performance evaluation.
