About the Job:
As an Associate in our Corporate Commercial team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects spanning general corporate matters and TMT transactions. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of legal professionals on interesting and challenging assignments.
Eligibility:
2-4 years of post-qualification experience in commercial transactions and corporate advisory.
Knowledge of IP/TMT & technology law issues is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and corporate documents.
Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant legal issues.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
Duration: Full-time position
