About the Job:

Position: Senior Legal Executive/AM – Live Legal Portfolio Location: Rajkot

Eligibility:

• Qualification: LLB

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years post-qualification

• Additional Requirement: Basic Computer Skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assist the collection team in initiating legal actions.

2. Possess comprehensive knowledge of legal aspects, including 138, criminal laws, and Sec 451.

3. Familiarity with arbitration and EP (Execution Petitions) matters.

4. Conduct visits to Police Stations for the execution of warrants and summons.

Duration:

Full-time employment
