About the Internship/Job:
AviMukta Corporation is seeking a dynamic and talented Legal Counsel to join their legal team in the bustling city of Mumbai. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with 1-5 years of experience in the legal field, particularly in aviation, to contribute to a renowned organization.
Eligibility:
1 to 5 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on commercial contracts and agreements.
Proficient in drafting commercial contracts, terms & conditions, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documents.
Preferred experience in international transactions within the aviation sector.
Strong understanding of privacy matters, including reviewing data processing agreements and privacy policies.
Fluency in other languages would be considered an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Draft and review commercial contracts, terms & conditions, and non-disclosure agreements within the aviation sector.
Provide legal support for international transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Conduct legal research and stay abreast of industry developments to ensure legal best practices.
Handle privacy matters, including the review of data processing agreements and privacy policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal advice and solutions.
Duration:
Full-time position
