About the Internship/Job:
They are seeking a Deputy Company Secretary to join our team in Kolkata. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to our corporate governance and legal compliance functions. The role involves working on a range of responsibilities related to ROC/MCA compliances, AGM and Board Meetings, and interactions with regulatory bodies.
Eligibility:
Experience: 1-5 years
Qualification: LLB
Skills: Audit & Compliance, Compliance of Corporate & Statutory laws, Internal Audit and Due diligence, Stock Exchange Compliances
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage ROC/MCA Compliances
Conduct AGM and Board Meetings (both virtual and in-person)
Prepare Notice, Agenda, Minutes, Resolutions, Directors Reports, and Annexures
Ensure Dividend compliances, CSR, IEPF
Liaise with Shareholders, RTA, NSE & BSE, ROC, Depositories, Banks, and other external parties
Oversee Dematerialization of Securities
Duration:
Full-time position
