About the Role:

They are seeking a young and dynamic lawyer or law graduate with at least a year’s experience to join our team as a Research Associate. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about international tax and tax policy and are eager to tackle the most cutting-edge and niche issues in this field.

Eligibility:

• A law degree from a recognized institution.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a legal setting, preferably with a focus on tax law.

• Previous experience in tax and policy internships, paralegal roles, or similar positions will be considered a plus.

• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth legal research on various aspects of international tax and tax policy.

• Draft and review legal documents, reports, and memoranda.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in tax law and policy, both domestically and internationally.

• Assist in preparing submissions for tax authorities and courts.

• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop strategies for cases.

• Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions on legal strategy.

Duration:

This is a full-time position. The initial contract will be for a period of one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
