The firm specializes in offering legal expertise from consultancy to litigation across all Courts and Tribunals in Delhi and NCR.

About the Internship/Job:

This position is for a Litigation Associate who will join the dynamic team at Bonum Lex. The role involves working closely with Senior Partners on a range of legal matters, from legal drafting to attending court hearings. The successful candidate will contribute to the firm’s reputation for excellence in the legal field.

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Post-graduate in law from a recognized university

• 1-3 years of experience as a practicing advocate

• Resides in or around South Delhi (preferred)

• Proficiency in Civil and Criminal Procedure Codes

• Excellent English language skills and adept at legal drafting

• Strong legal research capabilities using various databases

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and passionate about litigation

• Ability to handle cases independently

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Legal drafting and preparation of court submissions

• Active participation in court hearings

• Conducting in-depth legal research using various databases

• Assisting Senior Partners in case-related activities

• Independent handling of assigned cases

Duration:

Full-time, immediate joining opportunity
