About the Job:

C&S Partners is seeking to hire an Advocate with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their team. The role will involve assisting the Senior Partner in transactional work, focusing on Commercial Transactions, Corporate Law, and Private Equity Advisory. The selected candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent command over spoken and written English, and knowledge of Corporate Commercial Law.

Eligibility:

Advocate with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience.
Prior experience in Commercial Transactions, Corporate Law, and Private Equity Advisory.
Strong command over spoken and written English.
Knowledge of Corporate Commercial Law.
Ability to work within deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist the Senior Partner in transactional work related to Commercial Transactions, Corporate Law, and Private Equity Advisory.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Review and analyze legal documents.
Liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Duration:

Full-time permanent position.
