About the Internship/Job:
We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for young, passionate, and hardworking law students and fresh graduates. As an intern or assessment trainee/para-legal, you will be actively involved in legal drafting, attending court/tribunal proceedings across India, participating in client meetings and discussions, and contributing to resolving intricate legal matters. This internship/job is designed to provide practical exposure, mentorship, and a platform to enhance your skills in the field of dispute resolution and legal advisory.
Eligibility:
Law students pursuing 5-year and 3-year programs, as well as Master’s in Law, from recognized institutions across India.
Fresh law graduates willing to work as Assessment Trainees/Para-legals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Legal drafting, research, and analysis.
Attending court/tribunal proceedings nationwide.
Participating in meetings and discussions with clients.
Assisting in resolving complex legal disputes and providing sound legal advisories.
Collaborating with senior legal professionals on high-profile cases.
Maintaining discipline, professionalism, and ethical standards.
Duration:
Monthly Internship: November 2023 to January 2024
Long Term Engagements: Initially for 3 months (November 2023 to January 2024), with the possibility of extension based on performance review.

Salary/Stipend:

Long Term Engagements: Fixed monthly remuneration of INR 35,000/- for the initial 3-month period, subject to a 10% increase after the review of performance for further engagement.
