About the Internship/Job:

Chir Amrit Legal LLP is seeking a dynamic and motivated Lawyer to join its Litigation team based in the Mumbai office. This position offers a unique opportunity for candidates with 0-1 years of work experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of litigation. As a part of our team, you will be involved in challenging and diverse legal cases, allowing you to enhance your skills and contribute to meaningful legal outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 0-1 years of work experience in the legal field.

• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal principles.

• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation cases.

• Draft legal documents, including petitions, pleadings, and motions.

• Assist senior lawyers in case preparation and court appearances.

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsels, and other stakeholders.

• Stay updated with recent legal developments and changes in laws and regulations.

• Perform administrative tasks related to litigation cases as required.

Duration:

This is a full-time, permanent position.
