About the Internship/Job:
Chir Amrit Legal LLP is seeking a dynamic and motivated Lawyer to join its Litigation team based in the Mumbai office. This position offers a unique opportunity for candidates with 0-1 years of work experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of litigation. As a part of our team, you will be involved in challenging and diverse legal cases, allowing you to enhance your skills and contribute to meaningful legal outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
0-1 years of work experience in the legal field.
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal principles.
Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation cases.
Draft legal documents, including petitions, pleadings, and motions.
Assist senior lawyers in case preparation and court appearances.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsels, and other stakeholders.
Stay updated with recent legal developments and changes in laws and regulations.
Perform administrative tasks related to litigation cases as required.
Duration:
This is a full-time, permanent position.
