About the Company:

About the Position: Area Legal Manager
Eligibility:
Qualification: Law Graduate
Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in litigation and shortfall recovery in the field of Vehicle Finance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Area Legal Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing legal matters related to Vehicle Finance in the Chandigarh region.
Handle litigation cases and ensure timely resolution.
Develop strategies to effectively recover shortfalls and mitigate risks.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and settlements.
Provide legal counsel and support to various business units.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal authorities and law enforcement agencies.
Duration:
This is a full-time, permanent position.
