About the Internship/Job:
Complinity Technologies is currently seeking dynamic and motivated professionals to join its Compliance team in Gurugram. The available positions include Company Secretary and Lawyer roles, catering to both freshers and individuals with relevant post-qualification experience. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and growth-oriented environment, contributing to the success of the organization.
Eligibility:
Company Secretary (Fresher)
Company Secretaries (1-2 years PQE)
Company Secretary (2 years PQE)
Lawyer (0-1 year PQE)
Lawyers (4-5 years PQE)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders.
Manage and maintain corporate records and secretarial documentation.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry-related legal developments.
Assist in handling litigation matters and disputes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal and compliance issues.
Duration:
Full-time positions with a minimum commitment of [duration, e.g., 1 year].
