About the Job:

Corporate Professionals is seeking a dynamic and experienced Company Secretary to join their Mumbai office immediately. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects within the capital market. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for capital markets, a proven track record in SME IPOs, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and corporate governance.


Eligibility:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in capital market advisory and transactions.

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SME IPOs.

  • Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

  • Immediate availability for joining.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee SME IPO processes from initiation to completion.

  • Handle capital market transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Provide strategic advice to the board and senior management on corporate governance.

  • Maintain and update statutory books and records.

  • Facilitate communication between the board, management, and stakeholders.


Duration:

The position is a full-time role with immediate availability required.
