About the Internship/Job:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as CS Trainees and Accountants. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate secretarial work, ROC compliance, taxation, and accounting in a dynamic professional environment.

Eligibility:

• CS Trainee: Pursuing or recently qualified Company Secretary with a strong understanding of secretarial work, ROC form fillings, ITR, GST, and listed company compliances.

• Accountant: Candidates with relevant experience and eligibility in accounting, taxation, and financial management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• CS Trainee:

• Assist in secretarial and compliance work for clients.

• Handle ROC form fillings, ITR, GST, and other statutory compliances.

• Contribute to the smooth functioning of the firm’s secretarial processes.

• Gain exposure to insolvency matters and listed company compliances.

• Accountant:

• Manage financial records and transactions.

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.

• Handle taxation matters and compliance.

• Contribute to financial analysis and reporting.

Duration:

The internship/job duration is negotiable based on mutual agreement and performance.
