Legal Officer (Due Diligence) – Jaipur Regional Office

They are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Officer to join our team at the Jaipur regional office. This position is a unique opportunity for individuals with a legal background to contribute to our due diligence processes, particularly in the area of property transactions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the legal compliance and integrity of our property portfolios.

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in property due diligence.
Knowledge of property laws and legal procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough property due diligence to assess legal risks and compliance.
Clear titles of the properties under consideration for financial transactions.
Manage relationships with vendors involved in property transactions.
Coordinate effectively with branches to streamline legal processes.
Conduct visits to branches across Rajasthan for on-site assessments and coordination.

Duration:

Full-time, permanent position.
