Associate Attorney Position

About the Company:

DYLaw Chambers is a prestigious law firm specializing in diverse practice areas, including criminal law, arbitrations, environment, consumer, and real estate. Our team of experienced attorneys provides comprehensive legal services, ranging from drafting to representation in various courts, such as the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, National Green Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, RERA, and District Courts.

About the Position:

They are currently seeking two motivated and skilled Associate Attorneys to join our team immediately. The ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and excellent drafting skills. As an Associate Attorney at DYLaw Chambers, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases across different practice areas, providing valuable legal assistance to our clients.

Eligibility:

• PQE of 1-3 years

• Strong drafting skills

• Ability to work in diverse practice areas, including criminal law, arbitrations, environment, consumer, and real estate

• Prior experience in appearing in courts, including Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NGT, NCDRC, RERA, and District Courts is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements

• Conducting legal research and analysis

• Representing clients in courts, including Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NGT, NCDRC, RERA, and District Courts

• Providing legal advice and counseling to clients

• Collaborating with senior attorneys on complex cases

• Assisting in client meetings and consultations

• Keeping abreast of developments in relevant laws and regulations

Duration:

Full-time position
