About Enroute Law

Enroute Law is a budding legal recruitment consultancy firm. We service law firms as well as corporate legal departments for their hiring requirements in the Legal, Compliance and Tax domains across all levels. We cater to the needs of lawyers and recruiters at a pan-India level with a focus on metropolitan cities.

Roles and Responsibilities

Recruiters are expected to do high level searches for open positions. You must gain understanding of client's requirements (law firms and corporates) to assist with the search. Conducting search requires using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to: online searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Leopard, job postings, internal database searches, law schools, referrals and third-party search firms.

Skills

Enroute Law are looking for candidates interested in legal recruitment and who have good communication, time management, and relationship-building skills. Education: We encourage freshers and final year law students to apply. While a background in law is not a prerequisite, it is an added tool.
