Position: Associate in Commercial & Regulatory Litigation

Location: Fort, Mumbai (On-site)

Application Deadline: 25.03.2024

Eligibility:

• Must hold a Degree in Law from a recognized institution.

• Minimum of 1 year of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Commercial & Regulatory Litigation.

• Resident of Mumbai with a strong understanding of Commercial, Banking & Finance, and White Collar Crimes related laws.

• Excellent command over written and verbal communication.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite.

• Detail-oriented individual with robust analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engage in Commercial & Regulatory Litigation, White Collar Crimes, and Economic Offences related assignments before various judicial forums including Special Courts, Sessions Courts, CMM, DRT, NCLT, HC, and SC.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide insightful legal advice to clients.

• Prepare and review legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and appeals.

• Collaborate effectively with the team to strategize and ensure optimal outcomes for clients.

Duration:

This is a full-time position.
