Job/Internship Overview

Position: Associate

Location: Fort, Mumbai (On-site)

Duration: Full-time position

As an Associate at Ethos Legal Alliance, you will be directly involved in a range of challenging and high-profile cases in Commercial & Regulatory Litigation, White Collar Crimes, and Economic Offences. This role provides an outstanding opportunity to hone your litigation skills and contribute significantly to the success of our firm.

Eligibility

Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized university.
Experience: At least 1 year of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) specifically in Commercial & Regulatory Litigation.
Residency: Candidate must be a Mumbai resident.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle assignments related to Commercial & Regulatory Litigation, White Collar Crimes, and Economic Offences before various courts and tribunals including Special Courts, Sessions Courts, CMM, DRT, NCLT, High Court, and Supreme Court.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of laws related to Commercial, Banking & Finance, and White Collar Crimes.
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Maintain proficiency in MS Office and show detail-oriented work ethic with strong analytical skills.

Salary/Stipend
