About the Trademark Attorney Position:

We are currently seeking a talented Trademark Attorney to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, handling trademark-related matters and providing expert legal advice to clients. The role involves attending trademark hearings, drafting legal notices, and ensuring compliance with trademark regulations.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IPR and trademark law

• Knowledge of trademark hearing procedures

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and filing

• Familiarity with intellectual property rights (IPR)

• Excellent English communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Representing clients in trademark hearings

• Managing the trademark registration process

• Drafting legal notices and other documents

• Providing expert advice on trademark matters

• Ensuring compliance with trademark regulations

• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to achieve objectives

Duration: Full-time permanent position
