Internship Overview:
FourFold Legal offers a dynamic and enriching internship opportunity for law students from the 2022, 2023, and 2024-25 graduating batches. This position is designed to immerse you in the practical aspects of legal processes, with a particular focus on debt settlement, arbitration, and negotiation services.
Eligibility:
Law students graduating in 2022, 2023, or 2024-25.
Willingness to relocate to Sector 132, Noida for the duration of the internship.
Strong skills in legal document preparation, analytical thinking, and communication.
Multilingual candidates will have an advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Debt Settlement: Active participation in debt settlement processes.
Legal Research & Content Formation: Engage in comprehensive legal research and contribute to content development.
Document Preparation: Assist in preparing legal documents relevant to cases and settlements.
Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients and financial institutions to ensure successful debt settlements.
Dispute Resolution: Involve in arbitration and negotiation processes to resolve disputes efficiently.
Duration:
The internship spans three to six months, offering a structured increase in stipend from:
₹5,000 in the first month
₹10,000 in the second month
₹15,000 in the third month, with a potential increase to ₹20,000
Salary/Stipend:
Successful completion of the internship and subsequent registration with the Bar Council leads to a full-time position with a fixed retainer fee ranging between ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 per annum.
Location:
The role is based in Sector 132, Noida, and requires physical presence at the office.
