About the Internship/Job:

They are seeking a Legal Associate to join our post-sales operations (Program Management) team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for fresh college graduates to gain valuable experience in the legal field while contributing to our company's success.

Eligibility:

Fresh college graduate with a degree in law (LLB)
Fluent in Kannada language (written and verbal)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research on company operations, industry regulations, and legal compliance.
Draft, review, and file contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Provide legal guidance and advice to internal teams on contractual matters, compliance, and risk management.
Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss legal matters and provide recommendations.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
Draft legal notices and reply to legal notices.
Manage consumer cases and maintain records.

Duration: Full-time

Location: Karnataka
