About the Internship/Job:

Position: CS Trainees (4 Positions) Location: Drive-In Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Join our team as a CS Trainee and embark on a journey to gain hands-on experience in various facets of Company Secretarial functions. This internship provides a unique opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals, contributing to real-world projects and expanding your knowledge in the field.

Eligibility:

• Executive Pass or Professional Pass Students

• Basic knowledge of Corporate Laws and SEBI Regulations

• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gain practical experience in Public Issues (IPO, Right issue, etc.)

• Handle SEBI/SAT Litigation matters

• Participate in Due Diligence & Drafting of Legal documents

• Contribute to Listing & Secretarial Compliances

• Assist in RBI/FEMA Compliances

• Engage with Intellectual Property (IPR) Matters

• Collaborate with the team on various corporate secretarial tasks

• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure adherence

Duration:

Flexible duration based on mutual agreement
