About the Internship/Job:

They are seeking a dynamic Jr. Legal Associate to join our legal team at our Gurugram location. This is a full-time on-roll position with immediate availability for joining this week. The selected candidate will be an integral part of our legal department, contributing to various aspects of legal documentation, compliance, and litigation.

Eligibility:

Education: LL.B. (LL.M. candidates need not apply)
Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 6 months, preferably with corporate experience.
Location: Gurugram (On-site role)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drafting and preparing legal documents including agreements, reports, deeds, contracts, and letters.
Providing legal inputs, guidance, feedback, and advice on all legal matters.
Reviewing and negotiating legal agreements, incorporating changes suggested by the counterparty.
Supporting lawyers and consultants in preparing, revising, and finalizing legal documents.
Ensuring all company departments adhere to legal compliances.
Conducting research on various legal aspects.
Handling litigation, non-litigation, and arbitration cases, including court appearances and briefings to Counsel & Advocates.
Filing suits on behalf of the company and maintaining updated records of legal agreements and pending cases.

Duration:

Full-time, On-roll job with immediate joining.
