The HR Strategists are hiring an Assistant Company Secretary for a reputed Company in Goa

Location: Panjim, Goa

Salary: INR 40 to 55k per month

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Company Secretary. The Assistant Company Secretary will be responsible for managing board and committee meetings, communicating with relevant stakeholders, maintaining company records, assisting with corporate governance and legal compliance, and providing support to the Company Secretary at all times.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of company law LLB CS or B.Com CS

• ICSI qualified

• Min 3 years post qualification experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to cope with high levels of responsibility and with confidential matters
