About the Assistant Legal Counsel Position:

IndiaMART is seeking a dynamic and qualified Assistant Legal Counsel (ALC) to join their Legal team in Noida-135. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse legal matters, including IPR, civil and criminal litigation, regulatory investigations, and more.

Eligibility:

• LLB Graduate with 1-3 years of relevant experience.

• Strong understanding of litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage IPR, civil and criminal litigation, and pre-litigation disputes.

2. Collaborate with legal, product, and business teams, offering counsel on litigation matters.

3. Engage with external legal counsel on regulatory issues and expert advice requests.

4. Conduct research on new laws, regulations, and legal regimes in emerging business domains.

5. Draft responses to C&D notices, government authorities, and domain name disputes.

6. Research and analyze legal orders, judgments, policies, bills, and amendments.

7. Provide support to IndiaMART’s group companies with strong drafting skills.

Duration:

Full-time permanent position.
