About the Job:

Join us as a Sr. Legal Associate/Lead for US Litigation. This role involves working closely with our U.S.-based Associate General Counsel, Litigation and Employment. As a member of a cross-border legal team, you'll support the company’s litigation and employment law functions and collaborate with human resources staff on U.S. employment law issues.

Eligibility:

Candidates should have 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in US litigation. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of US employment law are essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Associate General Counsel, Litigation and Employment.

• Support the company's litigation and employment law functions.

• Partner with human resources staff on U.S. employment law matters.

• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.

Duration:Full-time position.
