About the Position:
Associate L1/L2
Integreon is currently seeking dedicated legal professionals with 1-3 years of experience in reviewing and redlining commercial agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). As an Associate L1/L2, you will be an integral part of our legal team, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of various agreements.
Eligibility:
Graduate or Post Graduate in Law
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in reviewing and redlining commercial agreements and NDAs
Comfortable working in a 24/7 (5 days) working environment
Must be comfortable working from the office
Roles and Responsibilities:
Review and redline commercial agreements and NDAs with precision and attention to detail
Collaborate effectively with the legal team to ensure compliance with legal standards
Provide insightful legal analysis and recommendations when required
Maintain accurate records and documentation of reviewed agreements
Duration:
Permanent Role
