About the Job:
They are seeking an Associate Lawyer to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in law, particularly in IPR and commercial litigation. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of lawyers, contributing to the firm’s success through diligent work, innovative legal strategies, and exceptional client service.
Eligibility:
Bachelor of Law degree from a leading Law University.
1-3 years of professional experience in the legal field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in legal research tools and office software.
Preference will be given to candidates who:
Have prior work or internship experience in IP and commercial litigation.
Have pursued Science at the senior secondary / +2 or graduation level.
Are located in or can relocate to Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Are enrolled with the Delhi State Bar Council.
Have received a recommendation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and representation in matters related to Intellectual Property Rights and commercial litigation.
Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
Liaise with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored legal solutions.
Represent clients in courts, tribunals, and before other legal bodies.
Stay abreast of developments in law, particularly in IPR and commercial litigation.
Duration:
This is a full-time, permanent position.
