About the Company:

Jhangiani, Narula & Associates, was formed as a Mumbai based Law Firm by Mr. Dilip Jhangiani and Mr. Rajiv Narula in the year 1999 and has been registered with the Bombay High Court on the original side since that year.

The Mumbai office has, thereafter, seen the inclusion of Mr. Anuuj Narula and Mr. Anuuj Dasgupta as partners alongwith the founder partners.


The firm had been actively practising in litigation undertaken in the Bombay High Court and Bombay City Civil Court at Mumbai and Goregaon and any other ancillary courts and tribunals in Mumbai. The firm has offices in downtown Mumbai at Fort and Colaba as well as in Goregaon in the suburbs.


About the Internship/Job:

The position of Associate Attorney involves engaging in a dynamic mix of litigation and advisory work. Associates will have the opportunity to work closely with Ms. Vandana Sehgal, handling cases across various legal domains, including civil, commercial, and criminal matters. The role offers exposure to the intricacies of Supreme Court practice and provides a platform for professional growth and learning.


Eligibility:

  • Approximately 2-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in the legal field.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Supreme Court practice.

  • Strong academic background and excellent research and writing skills.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Ms. Vandana Sehgal in handling a wide range of civil, commercial, and criminal litigation cases.

  • Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs and legal opinions.

  • Drafting legal documents, including petitions, pleadings, and contracts.

  • Representing clients in court hearings and proceedings.

  • Providing advisory services to clients on legal matters.

  • Collaborating with the legal team and supporting in various legal activities.


Duration:

Full-time permanent position.
