About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Advocate, either fresh out of college or with 1-2 years of experience, to dive into the legal field with hands-on experience. The selected candidate will be involved in a broad spectrum of legal activities, including case research, drafting legal documents, and contributing to various legal projects. This role is designed for individuals eager to enhance their legal expertise and contribute to our firm’s success while working in a supportive and stimulating environment.
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution.
1-2 years of practical experience in a legal setting, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A keen interest in corporate law.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research and analysis on various corporate legal matters.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Assisting in preparing case briefs and summaries for senior advocates.
Participating in client meetings and providing legal assistance under the guidance of senior lawyers.
Collaborating with team members on ongoing cases and projects.
Staying updated with the latest legal developments and changes in corporate law.
Duration:
This is a full-time position. The initial appointment will be for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
