About the Internship/Job:
We are offering a challenging and rewarding internship opportunity for final-year students pursuing a Five Year Integrated Law Program. Interns will actively engage in research, drafting legal documents, and attending arbitration/court sessions alongside our team members. This internship provides valuable exposure to various aspects of law, allowing interns to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
Eligibility:
Applicants must be in their final year of a Five Year Integrated Law Program to be eligible for this internship position.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research on topics related to Civil and Commercial Laws, Taxation (Direct and Indirect) Law, Arbitration, Insolvency Laws, and Aviation Law.
Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
Attend arbitration and court proceedings, assisting team members in case preparations.
Collaborate with senior professionals to gain practical insights into legal practice.
Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to case strategies.
Duration:
The internship duration is 4 weeks, with the possibility of extension up to 8 weeks based on the quality of work and performance.
Office Timing:
Full-time commitment, with consideration for exceptional applications to commence work from 3:00 PM onwards.
