About the Internship/Job:
They are currently seeking a Legal Associate to join our team. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters, including drafting and providing assistance in court proceedings. This position offers valuable hands-on experience and the chance to develop practical skills in legal practice.
Eligibility:
Candidates with 0-1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE)
Law degree from a recognized university
Strong understanding of legal concepts and procedures
Excellent communication and research skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drafting legal documents, petitions, and other court filings
Providing assistance in court proceedings by arguing cases and representing clients
Conducting legal research on relevant case law and statutes
Collaborating with senior attorneys to prepare for hearings and trials
Maintaining organized records of case proceedings and client interactions
Duration: Full-time permanent position
