About the Job:
They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site role that offers the successful candidate an opportunity to work on complex legal matters in various areas of Corporate Law, including but not limited to contracts, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and corporate governance.
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Law from a recognized university or institute.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer or in a related field.
Proven experience in advising clients on corporate law matters.
Membership of the Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council (preferred).
Familiarity with the laws and regulations governing corporate law in India.
Experience dealing with government agencies and regulators (preferred).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients on various aspects of Corporate Law.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents to ensure they meet legal standards and protect clients’ interests.
Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate governance, and other corporate law matters.
Work closely with a team of experienced lawyers on complex legal issues.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to corporate law in India.
Duration:
This is a permanent, full-time position.
