About the Internship/Job:
Position: Legal Executive/Senior Legal Executive Location: Modasa
Eligibility:
Law graduate
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the banking/NBFC sector
Local candidates with knowledge of Sarfaesi, Arbitration, EP, NI 138, and Consumer Law
Proficient in computer applications and Excel
Freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle litigation and recovery processes
Demonstrate expertise in Sarfaesi, Arbitration, EP, NI 138, and Consumer Law
Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Utilize legal knowledge to provide strategic guidance on banking and financial matters
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Duration:
Full-time position
