About the Job:

We are currently seeking an Associate Manager - Collection Legal with 4-5 years of experience to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing legal collection activities, primarily focusing on commercial vehicle and MSME sectors. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the company's growth while honing your legal skills in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in legal collection activities
Thorough knowledge of legal processes, including Sec138, Sec9, and SARFAESI Act
Ability to execute legal tools such as bailable warrants, summons, etc.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain legal activity reports and communicate effectively with seniors

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage legal collection activities for commercial vehicle and MSME sectors
Execute legal tools such as bailable warrants, summons, etc., as required
Maintain accurate records of legal activities and provide timely reports to seniors
Liaise with external legal counsel and other stakeholders as needed
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing collection activities
