About the Associate Position:

Position: Associate Location: Defence Colony, New Delhi PQE: 2-3 years Type: Full-time

Eligibility:

• Law graduate enrolled with the Bar Council.

• 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.

• Strong understanding of procedural laws.

• Proficient research skills.

• Experience in drafting legal documents related to litigation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation cases before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLAT/NCLT, and Arbitrations.

• Conduct legal research and analysis.

• Draft and review legal documents related to litigation.

• Assist in case preparation, including gathering evidence and documentation.

• Represent clients in court proceedings.

• Stay updated on changes in legal regulations and procedures.

Duration:

This is a full-time, permanent position.
