About the Associate Position:

Position: Associate Location: Defence Colony, New Delhi PQE: 2-3 years Type: Full-time

Eligibility:

Law graduate enrolled with the Bar Council.
2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong understanding of procedural laws.
Proficient research skills.
Experience in drafting legal documents related to litigation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle litigation cases before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLAT/NCLT, and Arbitrations.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Draft and review legal documents related to litigation.
Assist in case preparation, including gathering evidence and documentation.
Represent clients in court proceedings.
Stay updated on changes in legal regulations and procedures.

Duration:

This is a full-time, permanent position.
