About the job:
This full-time position is ideal for a Lawyer with 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare/diagnostics. The Legal Associate will be responsible for drafting various agreements, coordinating legal due diligence, finalizing agreements with clients, preparing legal documents, representing the company in negotiations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Eligibility:
Qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare/diagnostics. Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and analytical abilities are essential.
Roles and responsibilities:
Draft various types of agreements, NDA's, MOU's, and deeds with quality and accuracy.
Coordinate with legal consultants/internal teams for legal due diligence processes.
Take the lead in finalizing agreements with prospective clients.
Prepare legal documents to be filed with various forums on behalf of the company.
Represent the company in negotiations and conversations related to legal contracts.
Ensure the company's protection against legal risks and violations.
Provide guidance to management on regulatory and compliance issues.
Duration: Full-time position.
