About the Internship/Job:

LegaLogic is actively seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join its expanding Mergers and Acquisition Practice team. This opportunity provides a platform for individuals with a background in M&A, Corporate Advisory, and Transactional matters to contribute to high-profile projects and gain exposure in a thriving legal environment.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 3-5 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in M&A, Corporate Advisory, and Transactional matters.

• Strong legal acumen and a proven track record in handling complex legal issues related to mergers and acquisitions.

• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments for M&A transactions.

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.

• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

• Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends relevant to M&A.

Duration:

Full-time, permanent position.
