About the Position:
They are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a semi-qualified or fresher Company Secretary. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to kickstart or advance their career in corporate law, working within a supportive team environment on a variety of challenging and rewarding assignments.
Eligibility:
Semi-qualified or fresh Company Secretary (CS) certification.
0-2 years of prior experience (Preferred but not mandatory).
Strong understanding of Company Law, FEMA matters, and other relevant legislations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in Gurgaon.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducting company due diligence and compliance reviews.
Assisting with FEMA matters and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Handling secretarial compliances of companies, including the preparation and filing of necessary documents and returns.
Collaborating with team members on various projects related to corporate law and governance.
Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation that impact clients and advising on compliance strategies.
Duration:
This is a full-time position with immediate joining required.
