About the Position

– Senior Associate (CS Related):

Eligibility:

• Qualification: CS / CS with LLB

• Experience: 0 – 2 years in PCS / corporates

• Additional Qualification: LLB

• Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

• Working Hours: 9:30 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday) with selected Saturdays (24 in a year) off

• Preferred Location: Candidates residing between Thane and Sion area with a desire to interact with current/prospective customers

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure company secretarial compliance and RBI-related compliance for Private Limited Companies.

2. Provide advisory, implementation, and administration of special products such as SEBI (PIT) Regulations, SEBI/Companies Act requirements for ESOPs, and Board/Committee meetings portal.

3. Report to the Manager and collaborate effectively within the team.

4. Engage with current and prospective customers, demonstrating a flair for client interaction.

5. Project planning and management for augmented offerings.

6. Handling e-filing, listing/delisting of securities, and other secretarial roles.

7. Demonstrate expertise in securities laws, SEBI, and stock listing regulations.

Duration:

Full-time permanent position.
