Roles and Responsibility

1. Contract Lawyer:

• Experience: 0-1 years of PQE

• Qualifications: LLB degree, bar admission

• Responsibilities: Review, vet, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts. Conduct legal research, ensure compliance, and provide support on intellectual property matters.

2. Litigation Lawyer:

• Experience: 2-3 years

• Qualifications: LLB degree, bar admission

• Responsibilities: Manage litigations, draft/respond to legal notices, liaise with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and local bodies. Ensure compliance and obtain necessary licenses and permits.

3. Assessment Internship Opportunity:

• Eligibility: 5th-year law students

• Duration: Specify the internship duration

• Responsibilities: Gain hands-on experience in legal assessments, research, and support the Legal Team in various projects.
