About the Job:

MakeMyTrip is seeking a Legal Associate to join its dynamic legal team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in reviewing and managing legal contracts, ensuring compliance with group standards and policies, and staying updated on legislative changes affecting the company and its affiliates. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with a passion for the travel industry to contribute to the success and growth of a leading brand.

Eligibility:

• L.L.B degree from a premier college/university.

• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably as an in-house counsel or in a law firm with similar responsibilities.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal departments.

• Proven ability to create a collaborative management environment through regular and clear communication with internal teams and law firms.

• Attention to detail and the capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Self-driven with the ability to be both strategic and execution-oriented.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing legal contracts such as MSA, DPA, Vendor agreements, NDA, LOA, etc.

• Ensuring that group standards/policies are reflected in legal documents to protect the company's interests.

• Staying informed about legislative changes that may impact the company and its affiliates.

• Timely management of communications with internal departments.

• Facilitating a collaborative management environment through regular meetings and clear communication.

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Duration:

Full-time position
