About the Internship/Job:
We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Junior and Senior Associates. This presents a unique opportunity for both freshly graduated and experienced legal professionals to engage with challenging work in a stimulating environment. Our associates are integral to our firm’s success, contributing to our ongoing projects and the delivery of high-quality legal services.
Eligibility:
A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from an accredited law school.
For Junior Associate positions, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
For Senior Associate positions, a minimum of 3 years of experience in legal practice is required.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be licensed to practice law in India.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research and analysis on various legal matters.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Representing clients in court, under the supervision of senior lawyers (for Junior Associates) or independently (for Senior Associates).
Providing legal advice and consultations to clients.
Contributing to the development and implementation of firm policies and legal strategies.
Participating in client meetings and legal proceedings.
Duration:
This is a full-time position. The initial contract will be for a period of 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
