About the Internship/Job:
We are offering multiple pupillage opportunities for law graduates interested in dispute resolution. As a pupillage at Mohan & Dass, you will gain real-world experience by working on a diverse range of disputes, including cases related to oil and gas, construction, and corporate and commercial litigation. We invest in your training with the goal of retaining you as our Legal Associate in the future.
Eligibility:
Interest in dispute resolution.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a challenging legal environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assisting senior lawyers in legal research and case preparation.
Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
Attending court proceedings and client meetings under supervision.
Collaborating with the legal team on various disputes related to different sectors.
Engaging in continuous learning and professional development.
Duration:
The pupillage opportunity is for a specific duration, during which you will be actively involved in the firm's legal activities and cases.
