This full-time position based in Mumbai is ideal for Legal Associates with 1-2 years of experience in Civil and Commercial Litigation. The role involves drafting pleadings, appearing before various courts and tribunals, assisting with case management, conducting legal research, and more.
Eligibility:
Candidates must have an LL.B. degree with 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience in the legal field. Strong communication skills, good research abilities, and a collaborative work style are essential.
Roles and responsibilities:
Drafting various legal documents including pleadings, notices, complaints, affidavits, and petitions.
Representing clients in High Court, Sessions Court, City Civil & District Courts, Magistrate Courts, and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.
Assisting with case management, maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and organizing case documents.
Conducting legal research and providing support to the legal team as needed.
Duration:Full-time position.
