About the Position:
They are seeking skilled individuals to join our legal team as Legal Manager and Legal Associate. As part of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough searches of public records to determine the legal status of property titles. Additionally, you will review relevant documents, analyze search results, and prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
Eligibility:
LLB degree required
Minimum 1 year of work experience in property law and banking industries, specifically in title search report and LSR
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive searches of public records to assess property title legality.
Review deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and other documents for encumbrances or restrictions.
Verify accuracy of legal descriptions and ownership information.
Analyze search results to identify potential issues or discrepancies affecting property ownership.
Prepare detailed reports summarizing search findings and recommendations.
Duration: Full-time
Location: Lucknow, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh
