About the Job:

MLP is hiring an Associate Advocate specializing in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). The position is based in West Delhi, conveniently located near Ramesh Nagar/Rajouri Garden metro stations.

Eligibility:

Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience and hold an LLB (3 years or 5 years)/LLM degree. We seek individuals who envision a long-term career with MLP and are motivated to grow along with the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducting trademark searches and providing legal opinions.

• Managing and maintaining IP filings, renewals, and prosecution of trademark applications.

• Preparing, updating, and maintaining client trademark portfolios.

• Handling client queries on IP practices in India and drafting legal opinions.

• Drafting legal documents such as Notices of Opposition, Counter-Statements, Rectifications, and Rejoinders.

• Attending show cause hearings at the Trademark Registry.

Duration:Full-time position with long-term career growth opportunities.
