Legal Manager at NBFC – Hosur Branch

About the Internship/Job:

This position offers a unique opportunity for law graduates in Hosur to contribute to a leading NBFC’s legal operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing legal matters related to the branch, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing valuable legal counsel to facilitate smooth business operations.

Eligibility:

• Law graduate from a recognized institution.

• Proficiency in Tamil language is essential.

• Prior experience in a legal role, preferably in the financial sector, will be an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of relevant legal frameworks and regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal guidance and support to the branch, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

3. Represent the company in legal proceedings, as required.

4. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal compliance in all operations.

5. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the financial industry.

6. Conduct legal research and analysis to address specific issues.

7. Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
